Personality: Isaac can be viewed as someone who has simply had too much sugar for the day and need to sit down. He has a lot of life in him to show to the world and has a lot of words to say with that. He's a very curious person. The only time you will ever come across Isaac calm and quiet is when he's in the family library reading one of the thousands of books in their collection. Isaac is someone who has grown to question everything in life. He loves to talk about life in itself and find out new theories and ideas. Isaac is always trying to gain more knowledge, more ideas and more ways of living his life. He likes to be the ray of sunshine he thinks his family needs. If there's awkward air or tension than he'll try to break it with a comment or bad joke. Isaac feels like he need to try and make his family smile more, and others in general. He enjoys trying to make people smile or when someone wants to sit and actually listen to him talk about random theories or The Mothman.
Isaac can be called innocent. He is very sheltered and protected by his family. Since the death of his mother when he was young, his father has made an effort to keep Isaac away from any negative influences. That even includes his siblings. Isaac is incredibly naive to his surroundings and the world as a whole. He hasn't had much contact with people beyond the island he lives on, mostly leaving to only see his extended family. He's occasionally gullibly, with his innocence, it's pretty easy to make him believe something is actually real when it's not. Or make him do something. When it comes to truth or dare, he will do a dare because he's just gullible enough to do it. Arguably easily manipulably, when he knows someone is playing him or tricking him, he'll get bitchy and moody. Or if he's generally having a bad day, he's incredibly moody. Often snapping at anyone who tries to talk to him and angry. Isaac's temper is new to him. As he's grown emotionally, he has a lot of pent up grief, confusion and frustration towards his mother. And often if he ever lashes at you, it's root is from his emotions for his mother. And also the discovery of his abilities that he has no real clue about. Isaac is mostly struggling to simply find out who he really is for now.

History:
Isaac is the youngest of the Cullen family to date and the most sheltered of them. Isaac's life started completely differently to what it is now, but he has little memory of it being too young. Before the age of four, he was planned to have a similar life to his siblings. That he would actually live on and off with his uncle in New York and go to a state school, live in the world and experience life as he should be allowed. But after the tragic death of his mother. Isaac's life was sentenced to be like the patients themselves. The Cullen Asylum is a cover up. It's believed by the human population to be a last case scenario for the mentally insane, the criminally insane. Those who should not be allowed to live with humans in day to day life. But it's far more than that. Although the asylum does hold the criminally deranged and damaged, that's just one wing. In fact, the Cullen is a family of hunters. Supernatural hunters, themselves being Reapers, have a life long vow to slowly rid the world of supernaturals who do wrong against humans. But it's also more sinister than that. You can end up in the asylum for even just planning to be with a human or telling a close friend what you really are. You will end up in the asylum before you even speak a word... Isaac's mother's death was planned. It was a rise against the asylum, against what they stood for. When Isaac was almost four, with his mother simply baking a cake for his birthday, their home in the asylum was attacked. Isaac now only remembering part of what happened. That a vampire and a shade had teamed up and planned the murder. The shade able to move undetected and summon a reaper trap around their location, rendered powerless, Isaac and his mother were at the mercy of a hoard of vampires. Though arguably, he had repressed the memory of what happened, Isaac only recalled the sight of his mother's body drenched in blood and nothing more.
Isaac's life became incredibly sheltered after the death of his mother. His older siblings even slightly shocked over how protective James became of Isaac. That they couldn't even reason when the man decided that Isaac was not going to know any truth about what happened to his mother. Why the attack happened, that the vampires were planning on either turning Isaac or using him as a ransom, James didn't want him to know anything. Whenever questioned, he only remembered that his mother was soaked in blood, with no recollection of the reaper trap, vampires or shades, Isaac just believes a criminal broke free and killed his mother. As he grew, he was extremely jealous of his siblings. Watching them leave the island to go stay with his uncle and go to school, he was homeschooled by James when he wasn't working. But that often left Isaac alone, in his room doing nothing. Growing up lonely, his weekly phone calls with his siblings were the highlight of his week and when he was finally allowed a little bit more freedom. First starting with him allowing to be in his father's office unless there was some sort of business call or meeting. And eventually when he was ten, his father finally let him into the family library. The library becoming Isaac's safe spot.
Unaware of who he really was and his siblings not allowed to breathe a word about anything non human. When some of his abilities surfaced at a young age. Isaac thought he was officially going crazy and going to end up in a padded cell himself. Telekinesis was the first ability that showed itself to him. When he was in the library from time to time, he often made books move without meaning too. Thinking about putting certain books back on the shelves, he found it didn't take much effort to move them back. When telling James about this, the man just laughed and told him it was all in his head. That he was just reading too much fantasy. But after reading a few more books about the subject and that it was arguably possible, he didn't think too much more about it and accepted it. Not even telling his siblings.
In his teenage years, while his siblings were finishing their high school years and talking over college, he was being shown around the asylum. Only really around the parts that were human only or the less powerful supernaturals. His father proud to show his youngest son their family legacy and explain to him that he was now going to inherit the asylum since Caleb had other interests. He wanted Isaac to carry on looking after the patients and make sure their standards were kept. Though Caleb often argued how Isaac was suppose to do such a thing without knowing who he really was to begin with. During his mid-teen years, he got an unexpected sexual awakening and experience. A new doctor in the asylum, young and fresh out of college. Isaac was sixteen and still knew nothing about the life outside of the island. When he found himself under the gaze of the doctor, he only found himself enjoying it and wanting to know more. He had read books on relationships, sex and other things, but this was now real life. Or as real of a life as he knew. Knowing his dad was always watching, he was careful not to ever have the man see the subtle looks between them. When they would secretly write notes and eventually meeting in the library. The library being the place of Isaac's first kiss. Slowly but surely, he developed a relationship with him. When it came to it, he was asked about leaving the asylum, to finally go and experience the world he had only read about and seen across the shore. It was the first time he felt like he had experienced fear and dread. Not sure if he could betray his father, when he got the guts to talk to Caleb about it when he called, he was surprised when the older sibling encouraged him to do it. Well, as long as he could meet the doctor.
They made the plans to go visit New York. To meet up with Caleb and then spend a weekend exploring. Making sure it was planned around a weekend when there was a refurbishment that would need James' attention. Part of Isaac feeling stupid over the first most daring and biggest bit of betrayal he had ever done was simply get on a boat to New York. With a man he was now brave enough to call his boyfriend and have the freedom to hold his hand and kiss in public. When they got to New York, he had never been so excited and terrified in his life. Never really understanding how big skyscrapers were and the idea of a city. It was far overwhelming for him too. Eventually meeting up with his brother in the city, staying at his flat for a day. Tired but yet still the most excited he had ever been. When him and his boyfriend went to bed, it was clear what his boyfriend's intentions had been from taking from away from the asylum. Being tired, he had barely registered the man's touch to his body before realising what was happening. His boyfriend trying to convince him to just go with it, they had no reason to stop now, nothing was in the way, that he wanted it and it was natural, they loved each other. But freaked out and overwhelmed by his boyfriend, he quickly called out to his brother before his boyfriend had tried to silence him. The rest of the night, he spent curled up in his brother's bed with him. The boyfriend having ran away after a fight with Caleb, the elder sibling only realising then that the boyfriend been a half breed of a vampire.
The next day, going home. Caleb joining him, they decided it was best to tell James. More that Caleb wanted to see if James would do anything about the doctor having realised what he saved his brother from. Isaac spent the day quieter than usual, keeping to himself and feeling stupid for missing his relationship. Almost eighteen now and still completely unaware of who he really was. He never expected his father's reaction. That the man was okay with him leaving, that he had had a boyfriend. Though he hadn't been happy that it was staff, he wasn't surprised with the lack of contact Isaac got. Making a promise to him that when he was eighteen, he could leave more freely if he wished to see Caleb and his twin sisters, his uncle and cousins. In private Caleb had told James the truth about the boyfriend, begging James that Isaac needed to know... He needed to know the truth. And yet, even now with his ex-boyfriend as a patient now. Isaac is still completely in the dark. With his abilities all due to surface when he reaches eighteen, Isaac is in for another strange dose of puberty.
"Well I'm fucking screaming at you."
