Nickname(s) and/or Aliases: Coon-Ass
Age: 28
Species: Human
Sexuality: Heterosexual
[Personality]
Occupation: Army Mechanic
Personality: Grady is loud and in your face and he doesn't give a crap. You know when he's around and he'll let you know exactly what is on his mind whether you were talking to him or just passing by him talking. He wouldn't even say it's a case of not having a filter, but more that he really doesn't give a damn and never will. He's more careless and reckless than James and Henry put together. He loves to have a laugh and crack a joke, purposely doing so when he feels the air needs lightening even if it might not be appropriate. But he's not without his faults, most of his personality is a complete front. He's a man who is absolutely terrified to not do his best in life, to be told he's a failure and that no one will ever love him. Deep down, he has a lot of love to give, he's doesn't know how to give it out and instead lashes out in anger instead or worse has harsh panic attacks that has hospitalised him before.

- Born eldest child to a lower class family. Not poor but had enough money to get by. His parents did everything
they could for him. When he was three, his mother gave birth to a girl. His sister - Lizzy - became the focus of Grady's life. - Him and Lizzy were inseparable growing up. Grady looked after her when she started school and as the first to notice the change in her health. After a few months of tests to his family horror, she had a brain tumour and nothing could be done, nor did they have the money for the best treatments. Grady was completely and utterly heart broken when his parents told him, deciding it was best not to lie to him about his sister.
- For the last months of his sister's life that she had left, Grady did everything he could to make sure she had a smile on her face and she was happy, despite the pain. He took her out as much as he could and she could manage. He helped her when she wanted to learn to dance, he helped her paint and draw and even convinced his parents to get a dog since she wanted one.
- When she passed when Grady was ten, he was beyond heartbroken, Grady was a numb shell and pushed back all his emotions. Furious and pissed off that his sister was taken away from him, he was started to become violent at school and his parents couldn't control him anymore trying to get through their own grief. The only time Grady was happy or let himself be happy rather was with his dog that he did end up renaming Lizzy.
- He went down the scale at school, being sent to a school for delinquent teens when he started too many fights and started swearing at teachers, but meeting a teacher who was in a familiar position of losing a sibling before their time, the message got across that he should start caring about his school and grades. Though he was never allowed back into public school, he tried to make a better man of himself for the memory of his sister. On being recommended it by a teacher when he mentioned doing dance with his sister, he took the hobby in secret, learning to ballroom dance and waltz. Quickly, it was his only way of escaping life.
- Moved to Boston to work for a family friend in their mechanic business. Stumbles across Bible, recognising him from school and they grew close over the years. When he got his grades up from high school, he looked into applying for the army always considering it as a career from the pride his granddad processed in his career as an army mechanic and how he used to talk about it.
- Meeting all the boys, growing into some weird demented family that helped him grow as a person.
- At a Carson/Smith party meeting Lillian and practically falling in love on the spot with her, starts to realise that he needs to change his attitude if he's ever going to let himself be loved by someone like her.
- Moving in with Bible after his divorce and finding himself being the one to remind Bible that life is all bad, though he's always acted like it. Getting even closer to Lillian and Karter, realising that he can love a person and move on from the death of his sister.
- Proposing to Lillian and being the best husband and step-father he can be to her and Karter.
