He's a very adaptable person and is also a master of blending in with the crowd. Boyd doesn't care for standing out and being the centre of attention. In fact; he more loathes it. He knows how to stay calm and keep under control, even in pressure situations. He never panics or let things get the better of him, even been told at times that it's a rare sight when he gives someone a true smile. Contrary to the poker face he wears, he is a man that let's himself care too much about things that shouldn't matter. Boyd has often let himself get hurt by things for the smallest of reasons and when it could be avoided if he could speak up more.

Skills:
- Incredibly smart and creative.
- Speaks French and German.
- Good at keeping calm.
History: Boyd isn't the first in his family to work within the hospitals. It's often joked by many that he never really left after he was born. His father was a surgeon and his mother a midwife. After WW1; when new advancements were needed in the medical field, his father was on the forefront, helping to make new chances and creations to the men who had lost limbs and even parts of their faces. Boyd grew up in the shadow of his father's career as he rose to become a top revolutionary plastic surgeon in London for war veterans and eventually his older brother's; Eli. Eli had followed a political path and Boyd watched his brother's career in the papers as he followed around as the ministers aide. Boyd realised quickly that his problem was simply; he was just watching the world go by. His parents focused on their own careers or too busy gushing over what his brother had done in his time. At school, he applied himself more than he ever needed too, learning two languages, constantly being in the science labs doing experiments after experiments. He got some of the best grades in London and it all went unnoticed by his parents; till he mentioned he was leaving for medical school.
Boyd did what he thought was best for him and that was to just pack up and move out. Moving into a London school for medicine, he began his studies already knowing he wanted to specialise in Surgery like his father. Yet, a few months into his course, he also found a love for nursing. Being with the patients and caring for them as well. Although training as a surgeon, he studied for an extra year within nursing. However, it seemed the world was moving quickly around them. Within a year of finishing his studies and working within a London hospital, the war came quickly. With the war came an influx of patients and new stresses that he had experienced before.
*
One: YC is sent back from the war for an injury like temporary blindness or something that's crippling as YC is recovering. Boyd is the nurse assigned to YC to help them out why they are recovering. YC can either became clingy while needing Boyd or is going through shell shock or PTSD and Boyd feels like they can't leave YC alone and when YC recovers they are either told they are going back to war or YC feels they can't move on with life without Boyd.
Two: This is a bit different. Boyd is working out in the field hospitals and the hospital gets overrun with the other side. YC for whatever reason you want, decides that Boyd is going to became his 'assistant' and work for him now or else he'll lose his life. YC can constantly promise to free him eventually and maybe Boyd can save his life and they eventually fall in love or something along those lines. Maybe some sort of Stockholm syndrome, forbidden romance, all that can happen between them.
Three: YC is Boyd's superior and though staff relationships are strictly forbidden, after a bad day and a few drinks, they end up together and we go from that.
Four: Whatever ideas you have.
YC must be over 18, either in the army or a surgeon/nurse depending on plot. For plot three, you can be female, the rest are male. If you can fit it in, YC doesn't even have to be human.
The history of Boyd can be edited so that it can be any timeline! This can be modern day or even earlier than WW2!
