Nickname(s) and/or Aliases: N/A
Age: 40
Species: Human
Sexuality: Heterosexual
[Personality]
Occupation: Sergeant Major
Personality: If you thought James was bad, then it's quite clear where on earth he gets his attitude from. Henry is incredibly crude and without a care in the world expect for James and the guys. He's extremely protective of them and you wouldn't ever want to dare hurt them or insult them in front of him. He can very quick to temper but does try and hold it back most of the time. He bites his tongue more than most people realise he does. Henry can be rude when he doesn't mean to be, certain ideas of common sense are lost on him and also etiquette and chivalrous values are of no use to him. Henry does have a side to him where he can be the most courteous man around and will put anyone who needs help before him. But mostly, Henry has no real sense of social values, but he's slowly still learning them.

- Growing up, they weren't financial great. Often struggling to get by, Henry had to look after James as a baby a lot due to Bonnie and Peter's relationship being extremely violent and explosive. As soon as he was old enough too or whenever he could, he'd take James away from New York and back to their grandmothers to get away from Peter hitting them or shouting at them again. Staying as long as they could get away with, being partly home schooled by her for a lot of their childhood.
- Constantly protective of James, he tried to be the example that Peter should have been their lives. But he was often angry and withdrawn and didn't know how to go about getting what he wanted from life or how he should. He was rude without meaning to be and wasn't sure how to change. He did fall in love with a girl he hung around with, but she told him there was no chance in hell due to the way he was and his family circumstance - most well aware of how bad Bonnie and Peter were together.
- Decided the best route for him was the army. Needing the discipline and routine in his life, he needed something to make him a better man. Not realising the effect it had on James when he left. First ever meeting with Frank changed his life. Realising he couldn't be a cocky asshole anymore, Frank became the first man he ever learnt to respect in his life. Became close to him and a few years later to his horror, James had become a worse version of him and Frank had to deal with him.
- Dealing with the passing of their grandmother and James' anger backlash. Being the only one besides Frank who could cope with him. The in between years of drinking himself drunk every night the apartment him and James shared, trying to find a girl who he didn't get bored of or who didn't like that he was in the army. Never getting rid of the memory of the first girl he loved and why she rejected him.
- James meeting Andrew and at first not being happy due to his age. Not understanding why his little brother could find someone almost half his age and become so happy and he was wallowing in self pity.
- Deciding it was either to be a good brother to James or be as bad as their father. Tries to slowly build a bridge with Andrew and accepts that if James is happy, he would be selfish to judge it on Andrew's age when it's clear the good effect that Andrew had on his life.
- Being surrounded by Andrew's family, watching Grady and Bible work their way into the Smith family. Becoming an uncle while also being there for Frank when Clara dies. Frightfully aware of how alone he is in the world and that he might not ever find someone to love and partly has accepted it, happy to make sure that James is happy and looked after instead.
